  I give this only a 2 star rating simply because for the price they ask they should have their rooms looking better than what I seen while visiting a friend. The room was scrounge looking but in all fairness I am sure they are in the process of remodeling so that is why it looked sort of dirty in areas of the carpet being removed which left the glue/pad like stuf & then there were places which are just cracked & old & need repainting or replaced. ITS APPEARANCE LOOKED DIRTY BUT IT WASN'T. I want 2 make that clear & I will upgrade my review once I know it is fixed. There are only 2 hotels in Newton & this one is the oldest & cheapest. The other one is high-end & high dollar but new.
